When you give a blood transfusion, you have to worry about how the recipient's body will treat the cells from the donor. Antibodies from the donor are not usually a problem, because they are just protein molecules and will wear out quickly.

To tell whether a transfusion will work, compare the donor's cell surface antigens to the antibodies in the recipient's plasma.

Nothing, the transfusion will be successful

The recipient's cells will be killed

the donor cells will be killed

What will happen if cells from person 2 are given to person 1?
